No one is authorized to reproduce, transmit, copy or otherwise utilize John Wick: Chapter 2 without the express written permission of Summit.
Notwithstanding this, Summit has learned that the website located at сайт (the “Website”), for which you are the hosting provider, is distributing unauthorized copies of John Wick: Chapter 2 via the distribution of John Wick: Chapter 2 video files. This constitutes copyright infringement in violation of federal copyright law section 17 U.S.C. 501, as well as similar laws around the world.

Summit has already notified the Website of infringement through its AntiPiracy vendor. However, the Website has failed to comply expeditiously with this takedown request and continues to cause, enable, induce, facilitate and materially contribute to the infringement by continuing to provide its users with the means to unlawfully distribute, reproduce and otherwise exploit the Property.
Summit has the good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by Summit, its agent or the law. Summit diligently enforces its rights in and to John Wick: Chapter 2 in all forms of media and rightfully takes its responsibility for the protection of John Wick: Chapter 2 very seriously.
This letter serves as notice of the infringement and by continuing to cause, enable, induce, facilitate and materially contribute to the infringement and provide users with the means to unlawfully distribute, reproduce and otherwise exploit John Wick: Chapter 2, you are contributing to the ongoing infringement of John Wick: Chapter 2.
If you are the domain name registrar for the domain name referenced above, under ICANN rule 3.18.1, you are required to take reasonable and prompt steps to investigate and respond appropriately to any reports of abuse. You are hereby put on notice that despite Rule 3.18, and the website owner’s representation to you that it is not using the domain name “in violation of any applicable laws,” the owner is either directly infringing the rights of Summit or contributing to such infringement through the distribution of the work referenced above.
